While 8:00AM may sound incredibly early for all our night-owl students, many people do meet the day before the sun is up. The list in a recent Forbes article includes: Margaret Thatcher who was up every day at 5 a.m.; Frank Lloyd Wright at 4 am and Robert Iger, the CEO of Disney wakes at 4:30am just to name a few.
We know you’re thinking – YIKES – not in this lifetime. But according to Inc. Magazine, morning people have been found to be more proactive and more productive. So what is it these morning people do to jump start their day?
