Game Demo and Tool Presenters (as of 8-14-09):
Game monetization and microtransaction techniques are one of the hottest topics in game development right now. PlaySpan is a well known leader and pioneer in this area. CEO and Founder, Karl Mehta, and Lex Bayer, General Manager of Social Networking Monetization, will provide a demo of DDO Unlimited as well as an overview of the company’s new Ultimate Payment Wall for social network games. Developers will learn how they can use these platforms to tap into a new distribution mechanism while effectively monetizing their games and apps.
Fresh from Austin GDC, Danie Conradie, President and CEO, will talk about the latest developments in their multi-platform 3D game engine, including all new integrations with, and support for, some of the game industry’s leading technologies. Those who are interested can get more hands-on with the technology after the presentations.
A big thank you to Trinigy for helping make this event possible!
